Terrible massage, they rip you off on time. Apparently 1 hour massage means from the moment you open the door the clock is running.

I have never given a review to any store before. Their service staff are really annoying. Today, I went with my boyfriend, and as soon as I entered, she asked him to enter the private room with her and put me aside because their home is not a clean massage parlor. It's really disgusting. If possible, I wouldn't even give it a star I give $160 she give only 5 min message The receptionist was absolutely terrible. I was given an invitation to visit Flow Massage&SPA by the owner herself, but when I did, I was met with the receptionist there that asked “what do you want” in an awful tone and then had the audacity to reply “what’s wrong with say that this way?” in the exact tone after I tried telling her that she should be more polite. I left right after that feeling highly insulted and I would greatly suggest the owner to get a better receptionist. This is unacceptable.

I had a very pleasant experience here. The environment was quiet and relaxing, which made it easy to disconnect. The massage was gentle and effective. I left feeling lighter and refreshed.
